The company MIDAL GAZ provides rechargeable cylinders with the following capacities: 12 liters, 50 liters, 60 liters and 1000 liters, depending on the type of the requested refrigerant.

• the cylinders’ filling can be done only within MIDAL’s distribution network (in its own refilling station, ISCIR authorized, complying with all the international security and quality norms in force).

REGULATIONS

As a consequence of Romania’s adhering to the European Union, the legislation concerning the ozone depleting substances was revised with the Regulation no.2037/2000 and with the Regulation no.842/2006.
The refrigerants will be sold only in rechargeable cylinders.

The Regulation no.842/2006 or the F-Gas Regulation was enacted on 14.06.2006 and was enforced starting with 04.07.2007.
The implementation of the Regulation establishes rules for: refrigerants leakages stopping control, the recovery will be made by qualified personnel, the technical personnel will be instructed and authorized, adequate labeling. The throwaway cylinders – forbidden in the European Union.

Starting with 01.01.2010 the R22 refrigerant use is forbidden in the European Union as a consequence of the EU laws – Regulation 2037 / 2000.
